Orders

I didn't receive the order confirmation email. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. We recommend checking your junk/spam inbox first. If you haven't received it, please contact our customer service.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we should be able to update your address as long as the delivery country/location remains the same. However, if your order has already shipped, it depends on the shipping method you choose.

Ordering problems

I received a faulty or incorrect item. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service at support@globalstore.at (within 60 days of your order being shipped) and provide us with the full item code for both the incorrect item you received and the item you were supposed to receive.

If you received a damaged item, please also send us a photo of the damage. We will contact you as soon as possible with information about an exchange or refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns of items with visible signs of wear. All items are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse.

One or more items are missing from my order. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service at support@globalstore.at and provide full details of the item(s) you did not receive.

Cash register information

I can't complete the order. The website doesn't accept the payment method.

Unfortunately, only the payment methods listed in the "Payment" section are accepted. If you have trouble using your card or don't receive the "Security Code," you can also complete your payment via PayPal without having to create a PayPal account. Simply select PayPal as your payment method. Once you're on the payment page, you'll be redirected to the PayPal login page. Simply click "Pay by Card" and enter your card details.

Return request

How many days do I have to return an item?

You have 15 days from the date the order was shipped. After this period, your return cannot be accepted. We remind you that once your return request has been submitted, you have a maximum of 30 days to receive your return package at our warehouse.

I want to return an item. What do I need to do?

Go to Returns & Refunds and follow the guidelines, follow the instructions to complete your return, provide the reasons for your choice, and select your preferred shipping method. You only need the following information:

  • Order number: This is the order number that you will find in all confirmation emails you receive
  • E-mail address

Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation with the return label. You must print it and attach it to your package before picking it up. You will receive a refund once the package arrives at our warehouse. You will receive a final confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
